1975 Honda CB125s - carburetor problem
« on: September 18, 2008, 10:37:01 AM »
I am having a problem with my CB125s when I come to a full stop. The carburetor seems to run out of fuel and the bike stalls. When the bike is moving it works just fine. I adjusted the throttle screw and air screw as instructed in the manual. Would anyone have any ireas of what the problem could be? Thanks

The low speed jet is probably plugged.

If you are certain the carb is clean and adjusted properly, then check your valve adjustment.
Tight valves can cause poor idle and hard starting.
