I think not. As far as I know Honda sells the oil pump as an entire unit. I was trying to get new o-rings and was told that you can only get them with the entire unit. I know that you can get a new pressure switch though.
You could probably pick up an entire oil pump off of ebay or at a local scrapyard. I picked up a used one for 35 bucks a while back. I think Honda wants 217 for a new one.
I didn't do a whole lot of research though. Someone else may have different experience.
