Chevy Trike with CB750K steering

Brand new... First post... Be gentle.... I have a trike with a CB750K 71  front end.... I am wanting to know what the dimensions of the steering head bearings are..... If anyone has a set of All Balls to fit.. maybe you could take some measurements and let me  know.... Thx....
