Topic: Anyone painted the "U" on their clubmans?

After looking at some of the available clip ons I think I have come to like the angle of my "poor mans clip ons" better. After looking at it I think simply painting the U of the bars black would make them much more aesthetically pleasing. I could have SWORN I saw a picture of someones bike who had done this a while back.

It maybe a shot in the dark but has anyone done this/ have any pictures?

My clubmans came in black. I would imagine it would be hard to paint just the u over chrome. could be done though I'm sure

I think if the top of the tripple trees is bare aluminum, clubmans actually look good in chrome.

Mine are black, too--low key--under the radar.

It could be done in powder coat no problem...
