 Thanks for your post,Ted ;)

If anyone is looking for other suppliers I have had good experiences with airtech-streamlining. GFTP offers some pieces not available at Airtech so look forward to them getting their business back in shape.

Couldnt agree more Ted. I only mentioned Homedog as I met him last year at Mid-Ohio and he is a also a stand-up gracious guy who really has a passion for SOHCs/Bikes in general. Lets hope all parties can get their issues resolved.

cheers
Andy

As Maxacceleration started this thread, I'll wait for him to post as a "satisfied customer" before locking the thread.

Bret and I have emailed.

I will be a satisfied customer when my product arrives at the door (it hasn't yet).
Good on you for speaking up Bret. Stuff happens.

GFTP does have cool items.
In my case its a shortened CR style tank w/tail section.

If you could give the customer specific hours when you can be reached by phone Bret, would certainly be positive for your business.
Obviously many here consider your products.

I would like to see more styles from GFTP.  Even if it is minor mods to some of what they do have.  Unless there are more than what I have seen in the past, it has been a while.

I would really like to see more 1/4 fairing options from anyone.  There only seems to be the viper style that is common.  I know he has a dunstall replica that is close to it.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

If you include bikes other than Honda CB's in your search, and expand that search to multiple fiberglass vendors, you may find some pretty cool options for 1/4 fairings that fit 7" headlights and can be mounted to our bikes with little effort ;)

Mead Speed from the UK has quite the variety of glass also.
So far I have had better/quicker response from the point of sale to receiving the product from the UK and Italy.
Go figure...

A lot of glass may or may not be specified for a CB Honda. Its up to us to make brackets/mounts for our personalized CB.

Ok, I have been persistent with Bret at GFTP.
But his tank and tail section have arrived (shipped yesterday, arrived today).

I had to do what I had to do, and I think I caught his attention.

Bret, your product looks good and solid.
And better late than never!

Weather, incorrect shipping address and Bret moving his shop (all apparently) are the causes for delay.

I would say you can feel safe in purchasing from Bret. Make sure your communication is good!

Here is GFTP tank and seat (black fiberglass). The white fiberglass is Air Tech, which is the tail section I will prrobably use.
As with many glass tanks , it will need a sealing and final finishing for paint.
Mine has bungs for dual petcocks. Looks at least as solid as the Air Tech piece.
Don't know about fit yet...

But....  I'm satisfied. Moderator, you can lock this thread!

Cheers all!
