Anyone know of a source? Kits for the 550s seem to end at the 76 model year.

TIA

The '78 don't have a lot you can replace. The jets are pressed into the holders so you can't replace them. You can replace the float needles and the gasket around the float but all you can do for the rest of it is strip it clean it and re-assemble. You can get the replaceable parts from crc2onlinecatalog.com

You can get gasket/oring kits from Honda.  That is where I got mine.  13.00 Canadian or around there.  If you need the Part # let me know.  There is also a company out of Ontario that sells them, Sirius Consolidated.  They usually have something set up on E-bay, or you can buy direct.
