Does anyone recognize this seat?

I really like it and have looked for something similar but have come up empty. I think this bike is in the U.K. Anyone?

Looks like the tail Rex uses on his race bikes in Australia.

Fender would be easy to build out of Aluminum..

Some of the Yamaha TZ seats look similar but not exact, If I can't find this one I may try to mold one myself I guess. I should probably call Airtech and get the dimensions on the TZ piece.
