Name this seat?
« on: March 03, 2009, 04:14:45 AM »

I've spent the past three days looking at seats. I think that is the one. Anyone have any info on it?

Thanks,
-Kevin

That looks just like my Giuliari 8)

I got lucky, mine came from a neighbour, I've seen them go for insane money on the interweb :o

Haven't seen them. Certainly willing to look into them seeings how the "official" seats are nearly $450. A bit too much scratch for me to justify putting my arse on.

Not bought one personally, but from what I've seen of them, and of other stuff by the same guy, in all probability they are a better product than the originals 8)

They are produced by a member of this forum BTW, he goes by the name of Nippon in these parts, and he's a good guy :)

I hope that guy makes some for the 77/78 550f and the 350f. Seems like those are hard to find. So i guess if he made those id name them

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Hi,
the pic above shows a two person Giuliari seat with the smaller hump.
BTW, for this type of seat, we are able to deliver replacement seat covers, too.
Of course for the single person version, too.

just fyi,....
I know, i know, we are delayed,....we will make the seat for the K7/8, but there is no timeline on our side.
If you like, send us some  K7/8 hinges and we will be able to finish the seat a little bit faster. We only have to solve the hinge situation. We would be able to deliver K7/8 seats, but we would need your hinges. So, currently everybody who wants a K7/K8 seat has to send us his hinges first and we would send the hinges back with a mounted seat on them.  ;)
Of course, ready to bolt on and ready to ride.
Meanwhile, we improved the CB500/550 K0-K2 seat for a better flowing line with the tank.
We finished the 550F decals and the complete seat will come as soon as possible.
Too many projects,.... at this time, (filling up the shop and last week we finished our 4-4 hand bended prototype mufflers for the K0-K6)
So please stay tuned. We try to deliver what you want. But it takes time.
