Petcock Rebuild

I am rebuilding the petcock on my 78 F3 drilled out the rivits and put in screws and new gasket I am putting it together and don't remember if the nylon washer or the spring ring go"s on first on the lever anyone know.

Where did you get parts for the petcock and what kind of screws are you going to put it back together with ?
