Class Survey/New Business Start Up - Car Wash
« on: March 09, 2009, 12:39:28 PM »
Hey guys I have an ongoing project for entrepreneurship class at school, in regards to starting up a self-serve and automatic car wash. If you don't mind, can you take my short survey regarding car washes? I would greatly appreciated the feedback. The link is below. Thanks!

Only reason I use a car wash the second time is quality of service, if they do a good job I'll come back.

Quality

first second and always  builds business, all the other questions you ask, particularly on #14 are components of the first time someone uses you business.

FYIW a local company Auto Bell does about $100,000,000 a year in full service car washes

Good luck with your business plan. I do not use car washes preferring to wash by hand. I wonder if in a slow economy start up businesses that compete for discretionary income are more dicey than businesses that provide necessary services?
