Help identifying year

I found this poor bastard stuck outside says 750 but i can't find a picture to match it.

obviously the pipes are not stock.  Allot can be figured from the side cover emblems, turn signal locations and shape, disk or drum on the rear, headlight ears, etc.
Now  1972 CB350FX (experimental v2.0)
        1981 CB650c Custom with '79 engine (wifes)
        1981 CB650 engine

        1977 Yamaha XS750D (in progress)
Then 1972 CL175
        1964 Yamaha YGS-1T

depends on what you mean by desirable - if it is a whole bike that has low miles, good compression and spark, and a title then it would be a shame to part it out. However if the motor is locked and the frame is so rusty you could manipulate it like clay parting it out would be your best bet.
