Fuzzy,
Check out this picture. On the left is a new Megaycyle 125-75 ; center is my ~6000 mile 75 750 F0 ; and on the right is a cam I removed from a 750 K8 miles unknown.

It was difficult to get a close up straight on shot without distortion so I angled the 2 outside cams somewhat to attempt to get a better representation for comparison. There were a couple interesting observations after I also took a manila file folder and traced the lobes, cut them out then compared the actual intake and exhaust shapes. First somewhat expected observation was the F0 and K8 appear to be identical in lobe shapes both intake and exhaust. This was expected since the K8 engine is a derivative of the F0. The K8 cam appears to perhaps be larger than the F0 but it isn't. The rear was a little higher on the K8 and the angle actually shows some of the bearing surface too but not on the F0. Even though indentical Honda has these 2 seemingly identical cams timed 5
o apart. The other
unexpected observation with the Megacycle 125-75, other than the expected larger intake lobe profile, was that it also appears to share an
identical exhaust lobe profile with the 2 stock cams! I'll get around to posting the actual lobe profile cutouts after I attach them to a darker contrast background and get them scanned.
This type of actual lobe profiling comparisons could be very handy provided we are working with known entities. Too bad I do not have a F2/F3 for comparison.
