Ok everyone calm down...I just wanted some advice, not a pissing match here...

Thanks for the input and I think things have been taken care of as best as I legally can. Hopefully something comes of it, but if not I guess i'll just have to hope Karma really does exist. I've vented, i'm still not over it completely...but oh well.

.... mean to stir the pot, but I believe drunk driving in Arizona is a felony.... I haven't heard of anyone in this state being cited for misdemeanor drunk driving....(?)
