Spark Advance Crossover?

I need to replace the spark advance on an engine that came out of a 73 750K.

Can anyone tell me which spark advance units will and won't work on that motor?

Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).
