new guy from Denver
« on: June 24, 2009, 05:54:39 PM »
I am new to the SOHC forum and am already amazed by vast fraternity bikers, topics, and discussions.

I recently purchased a 1976 CB550 super sport four. I am in the preliminary stages of restoring the bike and am lucky enough to has a fantastic friend, d3buttz (also a member of SOHC forum, check him out!), to help me understand the constituent elements of my CB550.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello.

Greetings from the Springs. Seems there are quite a few Denver area newbies lately. Us oldies don't know you guys. Where was everyone on Old Bike Ride? You guys doing Rusted Nuts or 2nd Saturday?

Terry,

They must not like to drink beer  ;)
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Welcome to the fun. Post some pictures if you get  a chance, and feel free to put yourself on the map.

Welcome!  I met Donald a couple of months ago at my pre old bike ride garage day.  If you follow his lead you'll have yourself a really nice 550 soon enough!

Check out the "Rusted Nuts" link in my signature line if you want to keep up with our local gatherings and rides.
