Does any one own a Direct lift motorcycle lift?

I'm considering purchasing one of these lifts for my personal home use. My dad has the standard lift with the side extensions on it. It appears to be a quality lift, yet he has only used it a handfull of times. I am interested in the drop tail version but am scared that the fit and finish of the drop tail will not be to my liking. I don't know why, as my dad's lift is very nice. I was just wondering if anyone had experience with these lifts especially the drop tail model

Yes I do and it's the best tool that I own. Makes short work out of oil changes, chain cleaning/adjusting and polishing chrome. And when I get too old for cycles I'll sell it for near what I paid for it.
