Will this throttle/sleeve work.

I'm on my way to finishing a simplified wiring/switch setup on my '76 CB 750F.  I'm going to purchase all new cables in factory sizes. (motion pro) and I noticed they have this throttle setup for sale.  It opens up to a max of 38 mm.  

has anyone else used this??
