Carb parts source?
« on: July 28, 2009, 10:41:26 AM »
Does anyone have a source for carburetor parts? I don't need the whole kits, just the float needles, so I don't want to shell out $80. Do they come out of the kits? Carbs are 064A.

Thanks.

I can't seem to find the float needles there - just o-rings, & jets & other stuff.
Ah, well. I ought to just bite the bullet and eat the $80 for new kits.
I read here that some aftermarket carb kits are shoddy. Can anyone recommend one that's good? K&L?

Last time I checked the float valves were available from Honda. Not cheap, but genuine Keihin.

I wouldn't order from OldBikeBarn... I ordered carb kits and a new oil filter bolt over a month ago and it hasn't shipped yet. All emails to them have gone unanswered.  >:(
