Thanks,I think Andrew likes it also, still got to paint f fender and do a couple litte things 98% done for now,he saw the gold anodized Buchanans wheels on race bike and wants a set, might look good,it was a lot of fun to build (except for no 2nd gear) and Andrew was a wonderful customer to deal with! Now its time for 1000cc APE kit w/Tracy body and yes SamCR750 its time to go racing again, hardest part is over(told the wife) so I'm going to redo Yosh kitted race bike(I think I just want to see Pops port job again).Anyway Thank all of you for the comments and advice.Bill Benton/BENTon RACING.

That is a nice clean looking bike.  8) 8)

One suggestion: The paint on the front end is backwards. You should black the fender and red the fork lowers. Just my opinion.

Thanks,I first was going with red fenders, but Drew wanted blk,I got a Carpy front and painted it but wasn't the look I wanted, the one on there is CB650SC 83 I think, off my race bike, red fork lowers might look real nice, his seat is on BO,might add elec horns so we can install old style Kawi steering damper.so really on the road but 90% finished. Thanks,Bill

Man,I am not sure, header pipes OD larger than my RC pipe on 74 750.rear section shorter than normal 750,attached originally on backside of tail sec.I got to make short bracket to footpeg holder, also used it to make c/stand stop(much cleaner).Anyone else? RC and Kerker attached differently. Bill

Bill: Very nice build, you should be proud! I really like the rear fender/taillight, what Ness rear fender did you use? How much did it cost and would you do it differently?

It looks fantastic!
How's the ride with the pegs in stock location & the clubman bars?
It must be nice to be that close to Road Atlanta!

Lovely bike Bill - far too good to risk at the track!  ;D

Have you thought about losing the kickstarter? I like racers with no kickstarter, maybe I'm just twisted  ;)

Living close to Road A,is cool,I grew up in MBSC,flat land,we drag raced,a CB500/553 Yosh kit and TT cam ,28s 69 750 carbs,so moved to atlanta in 80,first turn I saw was turn 11,looked at my buds and said I'm supposed to do that? I drag raced ,moto x,and road raced,I found road racing the most fun and challenging,so yeah we locals had an advantage @ Road A,LMP will take pic w/k/starter off,Ness fender came from 836 Ness framed,CB750 w/Dave Perowitz tank and seat,we would cut off the front 1/2 to 2/3rds and shape to fit, back then not to bad,100.00?,now if available 300.00? There were replicas I think for a lot cheaper, might be one,20 yrs ago now long time, bike was built for Daytonas Rat Hole Custom Bike show, had Mallory distributor with elec ignition,2 in over springer, one cool bike and I can't find pics!Anyone know where I can find old CB750 Ness frame?,Bill
