Looks good mate, I'd love to see one here in Melbourne, Oz, but the trouble I'd see is young dickheads "hooning" (Wheelies, Burnouts etc) and getting the proprieters in trouble with the law, but if that can be "managed", it'd be a great place to hang out! Cheers, Terry.
