             I can't tell if it's the same one or not, but I saw a CB750 that was setup to be driven by a "handicapped" person (from the side car) and his wife would actually sit on the rear of the motorcycle's seat and looked similar to the one you posted. The handlebars were setup on the sidecar and had linkage to the forks, so that it was steered from the sidecar. Pretty cool that someone with "Special Needs" could get out with his bike and just GO! 8) ;)

I've seen a couple of those.  Best use of a 750A I ever seen.
