cb350f exhaust repair question
« on: December 11, 2005, 12:48:00 PM »
The 73 cb350f I just bought has the original 4 into 4 pipes and mufflers. It has some of the common rust through problems associated with these bikes. Headers are in good shape and the mufflers also look pretty good. There are a couple of small rust holes on both mufflers on the shifter side near where the header meets the mufflers. Since these systems are rare does anyone have suggestions on how to repair them?

Congratulations on your new ride. There are many suggestions on exhaust repair on this site. I opted for a gray hi temperature epoxy for a temporary fix. It has held for over two years now. Check the archives for other suggestions.
