18' front wheel on CB750?

Does anyone know if another make or model's spoked 18' front wheel will fit a '78 cb750? I'm planning on running dual disks as well, in case that's an issue.

Get a new rim and spoke kit..
 I cant think of any bikes that ran 18 on the front..

an 18' wheel!?!? :o  You could drive over a car!  You might want to get one of these if you want an 18' wheel!
