front wheel install help please

i bought a 750 with the front end tore apart. i got a manual coming tuesday but i cant wait to get it together. i put the speedo drive on and rotor but still have alot of room on the axle. am i missing something that wasnt on the garage floor when i bought the bike???
just cause i talk slow dont mean im stupid

How about the axle spacer pictured below. Not the piece in hand, but the other small spacer on the axle. Click the pic to enlarge it...

thats definatly not there on my bike. im gonna go back to the garage where i got it and look on the floor of random parts to find it. thanks alot. i swear i posted that like a few minutes ago. you guys are fast

Yah, that spacer just pushes into the rubber ring lip you see there.
