i just don't know how a bike, clearly the result a lot of work, could run like jag farts.

if he was having issues setting up the dumb choice for a carb (attempt to look vintage i assume), then darn it man, wait until it's done before posting to the interweb!
He doesn't have to wait.

He won. With, apparently, a non-running bike.

That all-wood indian shoulda entered too, apparently.
No.

Would you still say the same thing if it were me posting that video?  :P :P Cuz if I placed a SOHC4 inline in the frame and got it to even fire over I'd be so f-ing stoked i wouldn't be able to see straight.

2cylinders or not I'd be pissing my pants!!!  ;D

Quite a bit of fantastic engineering on that bike once you've seen it in person. Very creative. Too bad he didn't put the engineering into the simple little Honda engine. I may have seen it in person, I'm just glad I didn't hear it in person too after listening to that.

It was quite an honor for a guy (Seaweb/Derek) to just happen to ride in off the street to avoid a major hail storm and be invited to park his bike with all the customs including Ron Finch's!

Seaweb's bike may say CAFE on it but the Canadian translation is B A R. It saw every bar we could find in and around Sturgis.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Hello guys ...short introduction had a cb 750 and a cbx back in the 70,s rode the pants off both dumped the cbx when a dog ran in front of me ...fixed smashed headlight ,insterment cluster and sold it ...havent ridden inlines since .....just thumpers anyways thats it ....had to jump in and put my 2 cents in on this topic as I have started a topic on another fourum and I invite you to add your thoughts. My opinion on Cooks build is I love the engineering on the engine, drivetrain but would prefer the chassis to be more traditional old school which is what I am trying to figger out on the other fourum. We have got a good flow of ideas about motors diffent drivtrain ideas and would welcome your thoughts to possibly get a cheap version of this inline four idea off the ground for the average guy that is into this concept. So come on over and lets get some ideas flowing I look forward to your participation.Den
