extra wires in my cb750 K1
« on: January 11, 2006, 04:40:19 AM »
after rebuildind and restoring my 750 K1 i noticed in the headlight bucket an extra black and an extra brown wire. Everything seems to work, turn signal break lights, starter horn and headlight. I have a wireing diagram, but cannot figure it out.
thanks

My first guess would be turn signal buzzer.  I think most of them were removed by PO's.  Could be wrong, though.  I don't even know if the K1's came with a buzzer?

The brown wire is normally used when you have a parking light in the headlight, which not all countires use.
The black wire is a spare positive wire.

Sorry guys, but I did not remember what an 8 track is or was.
I was going to connect my x-box to the black wire but the voltage is wrong?!?!?!?
