ok so i was looking for neoprene seat foam and another member on this site sent me pm with a guy that sells it, for a great price!for 2 linear feet at 12 inches wide its only $20

Closed cell foam, firm.  They'll cut to whatever size you're looking to buy and only charge for what they send you.  I got enough to do 2 seats and I think it ran me about $12.  They have different thicknesses, too.
