80' cb650 custom

wondering how difficult it is to take all the carburetors off the rack? these are PD50 carbs. thats the only way it looks to get at the air cut off valves....thanks

takes a bit of fiddling around but take your time and it's ok. study how the choke linkage goes together, that's the bit that had me stumped

Why do you need to get to the air cut of valves?

because i think it needs to be cleaned up in there...and maybe the cut off valves arent any good on the end two carbs as ive did everything but check these and still have the same problems..

As the air cut of digraphs are expensive, and do not do anything interesting in the carburetors anyway, I would try to ignore them as much as possible :).

not all 650 carbs have them, I think(dangerous) they are to stop the popping on deceleration due to lean running.
