Topic: Side cover interchange?

Can anyone help me out? 

On a CB750 I know the 75,76 F model covers don't fit the 77+...  But will the 77,78 K model side covers fit a 77,78 F model frame?

I believe the right side covers are the same for the 75 76 77 78 750F  the left side covers are different between the 75,76 and the 77, 78 750F  I didn't think they would fit but I just went out to the garage and checked and YES a 77,78 K  cover will fit on a 77 F   It might be a solution to everyone looking for the left cover for a 77,78 F. I saw one that needed painted and had no badges go for over $100. on ebay.  You can get repoductions at Davidsilverspares for the left 77,78 cover
