Dhall - not trying to speak for Nancy but "Classic Bike" is a fan freaking tastic magazine from the UK.  They are very proud of it though, so I don't subscribe 
It is available at Joseph Beth Booksellers and sometimes Borders for about $10. 
The US equivalent is "Motorcycle Classics":

Nice article . This confirms the 400,000 number for the K model I'd read earlier. Not millions but still a LOT of bikes. I believe the H-man book states the early K0 had 67-70 HP and could go 130mph. He goes on to say by the time the 76 was produced it was making 45hp and had trouble going 100mph. A large part of his book however is devoted to restoring the later bikes so they will run like the early ones.
