Been a Good Day!
« on: May 13, 2010, 07:20:51 PM »

Yep, Had to make that trip to Little Rock today to, Once again, get back on track to get things finished in the way of kicking the S & S Team off my Dad's Case. Had a pretty tight schedule to get down there, meet with the lawyer and get back in time to pickup my Daughter at 2PM (or there bouts).

Things went pretty well, Dad really lies the (2007) Charger R/T I just got, even though it's NOT RED! ;D Thing is, I was able to make that trip, putting 350 miles on the car altogether and had 1/8th of a tank left when I got back to Fort Smith. Now this was done with the cruise set at 75mph most all of the way and get a few times that I got kind of aggressive with it, because of people moving out and slow poking. ::) It's just so cool to be able to get about the same MPG as the '06 Grand Caravan (3.8 V6 vs the 5.7 V8 HEMI) and have POWER PLUS, when you need it (or just want to get OUT of there! ;) Anyway, I managed to get back at 2:05! Ha1 Ha1 Dad even got caught up with the spirit of things when I punched the R/T and said, it REALLY DOES MOVE, doesn't it?! :D He also said that there were only 3 things wrong with that car, 1. It wasn't HIS, 2. He wasn't driving and 3. It wasn't RED! ::)  He is REALLY hooked on RED all of a sudden! :D

So, you don't want the orange paint I offered?  ???

Glad to hear it is running good.

Umm, no, I think I'll PASS on the orange paint, at least for now. ::) ;D

Yeah, I'd heard some good things about that engine and looks as though I won't be disappointed.  Thanks, Bill ;)
