1979 DOHC fit in 1978 cb750 frame?????
« on: June 12, 2010, 09:41:45 AM »
I have a 78 cb750 that is in need of an engine!

Will a 79 DOHC 750 easily fit in the frame/bike?  are there different motor mounts? is the exhaust different?

Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOoooooo!  Don't do it!  DOHCs suk in my opinion. I was NOT impressed with what I saw when I briefly worked on one. SOHC all the way!
