Maneuverability(?) Aids
« on: February 11, 2006, 02:35:26 AM »
While browsing eBay (as you do) I saw this rather nice 900 for sale.

I'm interested in the 4-castor thingy under the centre stand. Anyone use one of these?

It looks like it would make maneuvering in the garage a lot easier.

It was a ground-up resto, the start price was £2000 and the guy withdrew it before anyone bid.

Its a wheel dolly.  Something you'd stick under your car tires so you could push your car around the garage on castors.  Classic car guys with big collections like them.

Glen

I was thinking the same thing except there should be two of them for the skies on a snow machine.

You mean two of them connected together?  The ones I've seen are either sold seprately or in sets of 4.

they have a set on two for the front, and a different style to put under the track.  I don't have a sled, but they would help moving the beasts around for storage.
