is there a difference betweek 74 and 76 cb550

I have found a full CB550 gasket set for a CB550 that specifically said it was for 76 on up only.  I didn't know there was a difference in the engines?  IS THERE? Or do they just not know what they are talking about?

Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

I think the clutch cover gasket might be a different shape.
