When I first got my bike in 2000,I had a bad outer oil line and went to the local Honda shop(small town in Wyoming). They wanted $104 and had to order it. I about had a stroke!!!  I ended up getting one from a cycle salvage in California in the mail for $15!!! About 6 mos. ago, I won an ebay auction for both hoses for under $25. After owning bike for 6 yrs.,I have no leaks on the bike plus extra set on standby. I saw Carpy's hoses last year and thought it was a good deal considering you get both for the price of one from Honda.Whoever wins this auction didn't do their homework or are doing a detailed restore.

Why does the 750 have these oil lines?  My 550 doesn't.  Is it a dry sump oil system on the 750 or is the oil tank a place to increase oil capacity.  I have wondered about this for a while.  The harley's were the only bike I ever heard of with an oil tank.

Well, at least the seller was being honest in his shipping costs. The buyers seem unaware of THIS forum. Two years ago I couldn't even get a $10 bid on the lines, oil resovoir and other parts. Go figure.

Holy MFS!

I have about 6 sets of these just laying around. Man I just cut one set up because I was too lazy to pull them when doing a motor eviction.  ;D

Me thinks I will get a piece of red carpet to take pics on.  ;D 8)
