Hmmmmm . . . . .   I wish I could say it was me, but, alas, it was not.  However, your post gives me an interesting idea.  Maybe we need a "spotter" forum for just this sort of thing.  It could help fellow enthusiasts connect with one another.  Perhaps?  No?

Spotter page would be cool, just as long as they dont call it "Missed Connections" or "Casual Encounters"      and forum members understand the difference between Stocker and Stalker.

I wished it was me. That would mean I was riding instead of wrenching!

I was about to pull the trigger on a 400F rebuilt by Buzz at McQueens. It was sweet! But at the time I thought $2800 for that bike was steep and I really wanted a 550.
