Front brake squeeze or no squeeze

OK and here’s the next question. The front brake on the cb350F does work if I just slowly squeeze it, only if I grab it hard (sounds like a girl I once knew) plus there is a light dab of brake fluid on the master cylinder, time for a master cylinder rebuild or replacement?

Sounds like a rebuild might be in order. If it's leaking fluid out, could be leaking air in.. not good. I would consider disassembling and inspecting the entire brake system from the M/C on down to the caliper if its history is unknown to you.

I agree; sound like time for a rebuild. And replace the hoses while you're there. Braided Stainless is best, but new from Honda (rubber) works, too.
