I got my bobber RUNNING!

I had to re do the wiring rebuild the carbs and get brackets welded on my Oil Tank but after about two weeks I got my Bike running. This is the first time I have ever worked on a motorcycle and carbs so im pretty excited. now im going to clean it and start cleaning everything up.

This is when i first got it about two weeks ago. I read on the forums here to figure our how to do everything I had to do including the wiring harness cleaning the carbs and just about everything else down to the oil capacity.

here she is running starts with one kick and no choke every-time

I noticed you said you start the bike without choke... you might be running really rich.  I would take a look at this thread:

So it dropped about 20 degrees here and I went to start the bike and I had to use full choke and a few twist of the throttle. I havent had a chance to take it out on the highway yet but its running good around the block. I am goign to read into the link you sent and see what everyone else says. Thanks for the link!
