So i love the way the marving exhaust sounds but they only make it for the 500 and not the 550 does anyone know if the heads are that much different between these bikes cause them being only 50ccs different i wouldnt think there would be that big of a change.

Same! You can exchange exhausts between the 500 & 550.

no your good... the only engine diff is that the 500's cylinders are of a smaller diameter.

Just another confirmation, but the other direction - I have a 550 header on my 500 with no big issues.
