what does your #2 plug look like?

I'm guessing it looks like the poop kind of #2.
No.

You just fouled # 2 plug..... take it out and clean/dry it or put in a different plug after you test it for spark  ;).... not a big deal, happens 1 out of 15 times you go to start an old SOHC, just gets over choked and floods a plug...........
If your sure it's a carb problem; it's ignition,

Also - I suggest checking the HT leads. A dead plug MAY be caused by a failing/faulty lead. Mine was. Just like you - I had 3 pots going, found one failed plug and replaced it - all went well for a couple of days. Became rough..in the end - I found #4 lead was hanging by a thread...such that when I pulled it off the plug - it came off at bothe ends. Rebult the coils to solder in new HT leads.

What are you talking about? Clearly I said your #2 plug was fouled before Spanner did.

I demand the medal be revoked from spanner and given to it's rightful owner, ME.
No.
