550f ignition timing

just bought a 550 f and im doing a few jobs before mot. im changing points and condenmsors this weekend and im wondering what the timing is for running on unleaded. any advice gratefully received!!!!!

Stock timing right out of the owners or shop manual.  Use The F mark.

nice one thats a great help! probably make a mess of it anyhow but best off starting with the correct info!
