I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I see you painted the pipe 8) did you look into what I said about the carbs.
Try to get a pic from the side about carb hight.

I did look at the carbs. They do slant just a little. We put my friends iphone with the level app on it and it was barely off. They look like they slant more, but I think it's just an illusion with the other lines of the bike. It's not giving me any problems so I'm afraid to touch it.  :o
