Just Search Grimeca Rear master Cylinder, they come with lever up or down. You can make it but a bit of work..
What are you using for axle nuts? If you thread each end to 3/4 NF ( I think) there is some cool axle nuts from Garner wescott.. top notch stuff.. tapered nut with an internal hex.. very clean looking.

For the pipes try to tun em underneath, or build a gnarly high-pipe.. bit of work but looks cool and gives you ground clearance on a very low bike..

So I went here http://www.gardner-westcott.com/motorcycle_nuts.htm and didn't see the nuts you were talking about??? Do you have a link so I could see what you are talking about. I was just going to use acorn nuts but would like to see the ones your talking about first, My axle is already 3/4 NF I just have to cut it down and re thread on end.

Thanks for the tips I checked out the masters and the arm is interchangeable for pedal up or down and it is only $15. so i think I may order one just to play around and see what else I can come up with

I just looked and could not find.. my second choice is the ALLEN NUTS, if you can get in 5/8 or 3/4 inch.
I used to buy direct from G-W years ago , will see if I can dig up a part #, may have one in my shop somewhere, they were a tapered internal hex sprcial made chrome nut.
Another thing, they have that is nice is hardened chrome washers.. and wrenches always fit their chromed stuff.

Awesome looking bike rippy, every thing seems spot on. I really love the stance. I can't wait to see what you do for the headlight etc..

Great work!

It is basically what cycle x sells as there super sidewinder, I had bought the vance and hines pro pipe from Tommy Summers awhile ago and the slip on part of the pipe was just to long and did not look right, I ended up buying the reverse cone from Cycle X. It is not  just a slip on though you need to do a little work to make it fit to the Vanes and hines pipe. If you are thinking of doing it I will take some photos of what you will have to do... plus you could check out this web site   if you had something else in mind

Funny you should ask about the headlight

So I couldn't figure out what i wanted to do with the headlight, I thought about fork tube mounts but I really think those are more Cafe style so I figured I would try to build something off the bottom tree. It started with a chunk of 3/4 pine and a cool 3/4 post I found on ebay.  I made a mock up and than had a guy at work take my scetch and turn it to a cad drawing and than sent it to buckhorn bully from cycle x and he was able to use his CNC mill to make the bracket for me

here is the wood template and post

here is the cad drawing

here is the CNC aluiminium bracket and the Diecast headlight I thought looked right on the bike
