I saw these and could only shake my head and smile.  Can't quite pinpoint why.  Maybe it will amuse you, too.
(I was doing a search on mopeds at the time this popped up.)

yeah...those are pretty funny.  a gal in my MSF course had her BF ride one of these to the range for her to practice on during the class.  it was her rider when she got her endorsement.  loud, un-baffled, coffeecan exhaust, poor handling, especially during the counterbalance/tight radius turns. 
a novelty item....

There seems to be about 4,000 Ruckus(es? Rucki?) on campus. If I were going for a scooter, the little bobber one might be fun to change up things a bit.
