I just spent a while clearing out the off-topic posts in this thread.  Interpersonal issues and bickering need to be dealt with through PMs, not out in the open for everybody else to have to sift through.

I am surprised the thread isn't only one page long after the 'cleansing'.

Still love this bike - well done on a very smart looking build.

Adding my $0.02 in response to a number of complaints about this thread.

Project shop is intended as a place for people to ask for constructive criticism of their custom builds and other work.

It really isn't the place to get into the stock vs custom debate.  There has been a long history of people customizing the SOHC/4 bikes - it is a part of what makes these bikes so popular - and there have been purists who have detested the practice from the beginning.  It is just the way it is and bashing one view or the other isn't going to do much more than drive people away from these forums, so I'd appreciate it if that stuff stopped.

It's beautiful. I also have different tools for different days. What's the pleasure of only one bike when you can have many, each with its own personality and function?  Like others here, your bike inspired my own 750 project. Although my starting point is a 300 dollar crash victim, I hope to soon have another girl to dance with occasionally  ::)  ..g

First of all, congratulations J your bike is amazing.
I would like to build an bike which look like yours.

It would be such a great pleasure for me if you can help me to build it.(Informations…)

Im not an mechanician, so can you give me some details about the steps which I have to do?
Is it easy to install the seat? Remove the old one, new bracket and ready?

A short list of parts which are necessary and the prices would be nice.
Which steps…?

Thank you very much for your answer.

I dont know why people keep bringing it up ( customise v.s. stock). Its over and the original poster doesnt need defending. He likes it, he said so, and he doesnt care who likes it and who doesnt. The only people still talking about the controversy are just beating the horse. Everyone has moved on.

Love your bike
Just started my cb350four and was wondering if the 750 tank would look funny on a 73?
What brand did you use for switches?

Who did your seat for you? I'd love to get it replicated. It has really nice lines.
