Front Rim Years - 76 on a 74?

Are the front rims interchangeable? Specifically, would a '76 front rim fit a '74?

$75.03 for a '76 front rim:

check the part numbers on bikebandit.com.  They seem to be one of the few places that still list parts past 76.
