Topic: CB550 stainless steel braided brake pipes - where can I buy them?

The original rubber brake hoses on my CB550 really need to be replaced and I would like to fit stainless steel braided pipes. I can't seem to find any off-the-shelf anywhere. Does someone do them or is it a matter of having a set made to pattern? I am in England. Thanks.

You have two options. You can buy off-the-shelf hoses and screw-on fittings separately, or you can have custom hoses made with the fittings pressed on.

There are plenty of dealers that do both.

The Spiegler lines are excellent and you can choose from different colors for the banjo fittings. The German fellow who works there (USA office) is great to deal with and has helped me out on several occasions.
