I think I read it will fit (do not quote me) but you will have other things to deal with too (i.e. chain, brake stay, chain guard, sprockets...)  Know that you can do a 77/78K swinger in there if needed.  The extra (about) 3/4 of an inch in length will pull it away from the crown a bit giving it a bit extra room.

You may wield a better search result using 140/70-18   There are a few threads on this but note that they are mostly old ones but that should not matter.  Just know it is the older ones that will hold the better content.

I am doing that size or one bigger, I still have a little more study on that subject.  :)  I am going to have a box swinger made +2 so I know I will be fine in that matter.

Fouls the stock chainguard and brake stay rod.  FIX: Do away with shainguard and as mentioned, bow the stay, or move it to outside of the bracket.

Also, you can shoehorn it on the stock rim, but the stock rim should only go to a 120 size rear.  For a 140, you should use a wider rim.

I have a 140 on a 3.50 wide rim.

Yep, you need a wider rim for that size.

Hey wick, I have a few questions on what you have put together.  I am not as good as many people in seeing every detail in pictures like many on this forum, I am wondering what year swing arm you are running, are you using offset sprockets or a mix of a 10mm offset front sprocket and 77/78 sprocket carrier and how much clearance do you have between the chain and tire?  I am wondering if a 150/70-18 on at least a 4in rim (Bridgestone recommended rim width for that size) would comfortably clear the chain with the setup you have there.
