Hi guys ,
I have a cb750 f2 with a 970 big bore Web 363b cam. With head work to match. Standard valve size with after market valves.
Its not a super big head , but was built with these mods in mind. Has forged rods and pistons etc
I plan to use it for hill climbs , track days and the odd race meeting.
The question is what carbs ? They will be CR round slides but have had conflicting
Info on size . The engine builder says cr 29 but every other builder have said 33s .
One of the builders said thats what they would run and he will do they dyno work if My bloke kicks up a stink. All of these guys are reputable race engine builders .
So the question is .......has any body run a similar spec engine with 31 or 33 CRs ??
What did it go like ??
Any flat spots ??
I would prefer 33s so i can do a head cam up grade a bit later on , without forking out another 1500 bucks
