Numbers on cams like you quoted mean nothing
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

R6, R10 and whatever is stamped is just the mold number when creating the cam billets that is the base before grinding the final shape.

I have seen several K7, K8 cams priced lower than K6 and earlier cams.
My K7-1978 cam work fine. Around $120US for the complete set of cam, sprocket, holders with shafts bolts and rockers a few years ago on eBay, shipped from USA.

Earlier this year
$50US for a very good looking low mile cam with sprocket. It is the shipping that make the total cost high for me.

The last price i remember from Honda at least 15 yrs ago was £110 which would have been $165ish at the time so i would say thats about right for a complicated casting with machining at a low volume
